Reivix operates the https://reivix.com/ website, which provides an AI-powered re-engagement solution for analyzing previous conversations with leads and generating custom, contextual follow-up sequences.

When you connect your account or submit information to Reivix, your data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

When you register and use Reivix, we collect the following information:

• Registration Information: your name and email address.
• Connected Account Data: data from your Gmail, LinkedIn, or call notes account that you authorize for analysis. This may include sender, recipient, subject, date, body text, and attachments of emails.
• Generated Outputs: AI-generated re-engagement sequences and scoring results.

We do not store your login credentials. Access is handled via secure OAuth authorization.

3. How We Use Your Data

Reivix processes your information to:

• analyze your messages and previous conversation history,
• categorize and score leads,
• generate custom, context-aware re-engagement sequences,
• allow you to download generated content in CSV format.

No automated outreach or messaging is performed by Reivix.
All outputs are suggestions only, and you retain full control over their use.

4. Use of Google User Data

If you connect your Gmail account, Reivix uses the Gmail API (readonly scope) to access and analyze your email content only for generating re-engagement insights and sequences.

• Gmail data is never used for advertising or marketing.
• Gmail data is not shared with any third party, except as necessary to process data with AI providers as described below.
• Gmail data is not used to train or improve machine learning models.
• Gmail data is stored temporarily (24 hours) only for re-processing requests, and then deleted.

You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account Permissions.

5. Data Sharing and AI Providers

Your connected data may be temporarily transmitted (in unredacted form) to AI service providers solely for analysis and text generation purposes. These include:

• OpenAI API, Together Computer Inc API, and
• Reivix’s proprietary LLMs are hosted on secure servers (DigitalOcean FRA1, Frankfurt, EU).

No data is shared or sold to advertisers or external analytics services.

6. Data Retention

• Connected data is retained temporarily (up to 24 hours) for analysis or regeneration.
• Generated outputs and analytics results may be stored permanently in your account until you delete them.
• You can request the deletion of all data by contacting info@reivix.com.

7. Data Storage and Security

Data is securely stored on DigitalOcean FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
Security measures include:

• encryption in transit and at rest,
• restricted employee access under NDA,
• internal policies and regular reviews to ensure GDPR and Google compliance.

8. Marketing Communications

Upon registration, you may receive onboarding and product update emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.

9. Your Rights

You may:

• access, correct, or delete your personal data,
• opt out of marketing,
• revoke Google data access via your Google Account,
• contact us at info@reivix.com for any privacy concerns.

10. Children

Reivix is intended for professional users only (18+).

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
