Welcome to Reivix!
These Terms govern your use of the Reivix website (https://reivix.com) and services operated by Reivix.

By using Reivix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Description of Service

Reivix provides an AI-powered solution that:

• analyzes your previous conversations,
• categorizes and scores leads,
• generates personalized re-engagement sequences.

Reivix does not send messages on your behalf. You remain in full control of how generated content is used.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Reivix.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying Reivix of unauthorized access at info@reivix.com.

4. Connected Data Sources

You may connect LinkedIn, email, or other sources to enable re-engagement analysis.
Reivix does not store credentials. Data is accessed securely via OAuth authorization.

You retain ownership of all connected data. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share it.

5. Use of Google APIs

Reivix uses Google APIs (including Gmail API – readonly) to analyze email data for the sole purpose of generating re-engagement insights and sequences.

• Reivix’s use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• Gmail data is not used to train AI, not shared with advertisers, and not stored beyond 24 hours after analysis.
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account Settings.

6. Generated Outputs

All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. Reivix does not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Reivix may offer paid features. Billing details are provided prior to payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

8. Data Privacy

Reivix processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Google’s User Data Policy and GDPR.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• upload data without authorization,
• attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service,
• misuse Google user data in violation of their policies.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to Reivix’s algorithms, interface, and models remain with Reivix. You retain rights to your data and generated content.

11. Disclaimer

Reivix is provided “as is.” No warranty is given on accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or business performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

Reivix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to the amount paid within the last 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend your account for policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use Reivix ends. Data may be retained as required by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
